What Is Asic’s Office Return Policy?

Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 90 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment** or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Click on the tabs below for a list of exceptions and exclusions to our returns policy.

Valid photo ID may be required.

ASICS stores in Ontario are not accepting returns during the lockdown. For purchases where the 90-day returns window expires during the lockdown, customers will be given a 60-day extension to return them when stores re-open.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled in the same manner as product returns. To exchange a product, simply bring it to any Asics Office store within 90 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging, with your receipt and issue of Asics Office “Money”®. * Asics Office stores can verify purchases made using credit, debit or with the My Asics Office ‘Money’ loyalty program within 90 days after the date of purchase.

** Less the value of any Asics Office ‘Money’ or other benefit given at the time of the original purchase.

Are there any exceptions to the return policy?

There are some exceptions to our Returns Policy. These include:

· Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted.
· A defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced.
· Electronics (home audio & video, personal audio & video, cameras & accessories, communications) may only be returned within 30 days. All other rules apply.
· Auto electronics (backup cameras, code readers, Bluetooth, car audio, GPS, inverters, portable DVD, remote starters, satellite radio) and bike racks may only be returned within 14 days. All other rules apply.
· Ink cartridges, media, memory cards, books, DVDs, CDs, mattresses, and portable beds may only be returned if unopened. All other rules apply.
· Live goods must be returned to the original store of purchase.
· Special order hard parts and specific application automotive parts must be returned to the original store of purchase.
· Special order hard parts and specific application automotive parts must be returned to the original store of purchase.
· Bikes cannot be returned. Free tune up within 30 days with proof of purchase.
· Tire Chains may only be exchanged within 72 hours of purchasing.
