You may return any item to Asics Office Supplies, for any reason, except Final Sale items as listed below, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund of the original purchase price and applicable taxes. Items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Items purchased online can be returned by mail or in-person at any of our store locations. If returning an item in-person, please be sure to bring your packing slip and/or order number with you.
Before returning any item by mail, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at websales@Asicsoffice.com or by phone at 343-895-2083. Our customer service experts will guide you through the steps for returning merchandise. Items sent back to us by mail without following these steps will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to place the order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. However, we will waive the shipping fees if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or the item is defective or arrived damaged.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives and, if possible, refuse the shipment if there is evident damage to the parcel; the mail carrier will return a refused shipment to Asics Office Supplies.
